thirsty.dry.empty

O God, you are my God, earnestly I seek you; my soul thirsts for you, my body longs for you, in a dry and weary land where there is no water. I have seen you in the sanctuary and beheld your power and your glory. Because your love is better than life, my lips will glorify you. I will praise you as long as I live, and in your name I will lift up my hands. My soul will be satisfied as with the richest of foods; with singing lips my mouth will praise you.
Psalm 63

When there are no words to express my heart, my God will provide them. When I am tired, weary, empty, my God will fill me up. When my heart is heavy and my mind is foggy, my God will relieve my burdens and bring clarity. When I am thirsty, my God will provide me with living water. My God is bigger than life. My God is bigger than this world. My God has already won the war. My God is sufficient. May my messy life be a beautiful offering ... as sweet smelling incense to my saviour.
